Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Parc Hotel. On all previous occasions I have praised the welcome, the food, the facilities and the friendly and professional service from the staff. This year was no different. Everything was wonderful. Even the weather improved for the duration of our visit.

Dear Familie De Carli,
I rest assured that we enjoyed our (too short) visit and were very well treated as usual (even though the dessert Buffet now has less variety - would be better to have some cake there than at breakfast). We enjoy the low key atmosphere, the lovely room 110, the garden and lake, the almost unbeatable view, the nice people, and the closeness to the beautiful mountains. Most of all we enjoy the De Carli family who welcomes everyone like part of the family rather than a stranger. We hope that taking care of all of us will not be too great a burden for you.

The Parc Hotel Experience

Dear Marion,
With much pleasure I write to compliment the De Carli family and the Parc Hotel team on their individual contribution to another memorable holiday.
Having enjoyed your company and exceptional Parc Hotel facilities on five occasions, not forgetting one visit to your previous hotel, Anne and I have always been impressed by the professional and hospitable service.
One of the most appreciated factors is the willingness of your English-speaking staff to engage in general conversation that enhances our understanding and knowledge of your beautiful country. Noticeably, they always maintain a sense of humour that is so important during a relaxing holiday. I hope that in return we are of some help when asked for guidance on a language matter.
Special mention must be made of your wonderful kitchen staff. I know that I echo thoughts of other guests that the varied menu and its tasteful presentation are exceptional. Most would agree that good weather is important but even wet days are soon forgotten at the dinner table. Fantastic!
On a more personal note we thank you Marion for your understanding and assistance on two unfortunate occasions when we were faced with difficult circumstances. It is at such times that true reputations are built and friends are made. Thank you.
Finally, I don't know when but I promise that one day we will return for another Parc Hotel experience.
